Processing & Preparation
All artworks are shipped as quickly as possible. Original paintings usually require 1–3 business days for careful packaging. During holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Packaging
Every artwork is packed with great care to ensure safe delivery. Paintings are wrapped in protective layers and placed in a sturdy box to prevent any damage during transport.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of the package. If you have questions about shipping costs for a specific artwork, feel free to contact me.
Estimated Delivery Time

Germany: 2–5 business days

EU countries: 5–10 business days

International: 10–20 business days
Please note that during busy seasons (Christmas, Black Friday, holidays), delivery may take longer than usual.
International Shipping
I ship worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact me and I will arrange a custom shipping option.
Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes that may apply in their country. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your package.
Damages or Issues
If your artwork arrives damaged or you notice any issue, please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the package and artwork. I will be happy to help solve the problem.
